Every Fixture, Done Right

Fixture work looks simple — and done poorly, it is. The difference between a proper installation and a quick one shows up six months later as a leak under the sink, a rocking toilet, or a faucet that won't seal. We treat every fixture job like it matters, because it does.

Faucets
Kitchen, bathroom, and utility faucet installation and repair. Supply line replacement, valve seat repair, cartridge replacement. We install customer-supplied fixtures or source quality options for you.
Toilets
Full toilet replacement, wax ring and flange repair, fill valve and flapper replacement, running toilet diagnosis. A toilet installed without checking the flange first is a toilet that will rock and leak — we check first.
Sinks & Vanities
Undermount, drop-in, and pedestal sink installation. P-trap replacement, drain assembly, and supply line connections. Kitchen sink installation including garbage disposal hookup.
Showers & Tubs
Shower valve replacement and installation, tub spout repair, diverter valve repair, showerhead replacement. Pressure balancing valve installation for safety and comfort.
Garbage Disposals
Installation, replacement, and repair of garbage disposals. We wire correctly to code and ensure proper drain connection — the two things most DIY disposal installs get wrong.
Outdoor Fixtures
Hose bib replacement and repair, irrigation shutoff valves, outdoor shower installation. Phoenix's hard water is particularly rough on outdoor fixtures — we use materials that hold up.
A Note on Customer-Supplied Fixtures
We're happy to install fixtures you've already purchased. We'll let you know upfront if anything you've selected isn't compatible with your existing plumbing or if we have concerns about the quality. We won't install something we'd be embarrassed to put our name on — but we'll tell you that before we start, not after.

The Difference Between Done and Done Right

Fixture installation is one of the most common DIY plumbing jobs — and one of the most common sources of callbacks for plumbers. Not because it's technically complex, but because the details matter and they're easy to skip when you're moving fast.

A toilet installed without inspecting the flange will rock within months. A faucet installed without proper supply line support will vibrate loose. A garbage disposal connected without the right drain configuration will back up into the dishwasher.

We slow down on fixture work because the cost of doing it twice is always higher than doing it right once.

We Do It Right or We Don't Do It
If we open up a fixture job and find something that needs to be addressed first — a corroded flange, a supply valve that's about to fail, a drain connection that was never done right — we'll tell you before we proceed. You decide how to handle it. We won't install a new toilet on a bad flange and pretend we didn't see it.
